I am at my wits end. I have called chase and spoke to everyone trying to get them to take the $2348.00 payment that I was told to pay by telewire letter. Nobody knew about it and couldn’t take it.. Then yesterday someone from collections called and said that if a payment of $5798 wasn’t made soon that my file may be picked for pre forclosure and taken out of modification status…I explained to him that I do not have that to give right now.. and if they could take the original payment. He said
