Wow, I can’t believe how blind people can be. Reports in the media report on facts like unemployment, forclosures, and inflation and the facts are that this is the worst our economy has been since the Great Depression and it aint over yet.

NPR is reporting that a service (realtytrack) that supplies forclosure data to several govt agencies underreported the amount of forclosures occurruing. Apparently, rural states like West Virginia, parts of Kentucky, and other don’t count. The discrepancie was noticed when the amount of foreclosures in the poorest states were far less than those in wealthy areas…something that was counterintuitive. The takeaway from NPR’s report is that the mortgage crisis is far worse than orginally thought
